Pierce v. City of Los Angeles -- $1.490 million settlement of racial harassment and retaliation case on behalf of African-American firefighter;
$2.5 million settlement in unpaid overtime, missed meal and rest break class action;
$695,000 settlement in age discrimination case;
$270,000 settlement in same-sex sexual harassment case;
$250,000 in pregnancy discrimination case.
Ms. Harrison also assisted Mr. Litt in trying the McClure v. Long Beach matter, which resulted in a $22,500,000.00 jury verdict.
